We take great care in crafting each order and are committed to supporting you at every stage of your purchase.

Made-to-Order & Sacred Garments
All our baptism sets are made to order and exclusively crafted for each child. As these are sacred garments created for a baby’s first life event, they are not reused or resold under any circumstances.

Due to this, any returned items cannot be repurposed and would have to be respectfully discarded. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless there is an error or issue from our side.

Returns
We do not accept returns for:

* Custom-made or made-to-order sets
* Altered or customised measurements
* Washed, used, or worn garments
* Items that have been altered or decorated after delivery

We request you to carefully inspect the product upon delivery before making any alterations or usage.

Damages, Issues, or Missing Items
If you notice any issue such as damage, defect, or missing items, please contact our support team immediately. We will review the concern and ensure it is resolved in the best possible way.

Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in cases where:

* The item received is incorrect
* The item is damaged
* Items are missing from the order

A replacement will include the same items as originally ordered. We are unable to accommodate any changes in design, size, or colour under a replacement request.

Shipping Charges
Any approved returns or refused shipments will be subject to applicable outbound and return shipping charges.
